  • CMS version: Joomla 1.5.22
All Mailing functions are not working.

I have been set the account for my website by using civicrm and civismtp and all information required is green and i wait for 5 days and still the email function is not working .I am very behind and the mailing is not working and all the site functions show error when i turn on send a reciept or submit profile. I am frustrated because nothing on the web site goes to the final it bounce when it reach to the last page.
Is any quick fix for the problem.

Hi, 

have you configured your civimail to use the correct ip, port, username and password?

if so,  please send screenshots of your configuration pages to civismtp@uas.coop
