Dashboard non-recoverable error DB already exists?
February 23, 2011, 03:31:53 am
I've tried having various reports displayed in my dashboard. Initially they'd be working. The next day some of them display

Quote
Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
DB Error: already exists

This error would display at the top of the page right beneath the navigation menu, and also where the report is in the dashboard. The reports themselves are perfectly fine.

Did you try "Refresh Dashboard"? Also can you enable debugging in CiviCRM and check the backtrace.
