where is the global config for number of emails sent?
February 23, 2011, 04:03:16 pm
Hello. I am reading other posts re this problem but not finding a simple answer to my simple question: cron job working [well manually at least] but is limiting number of emails / hour. Where do I set that to a higher number? my version of civic rm is 3.2.2 and I cannot upgrade bec if i do, I would need to change hosting bec my hosting does not support INNODB [another frustrating issue!!!].

So where do I change the number of emails/hour? the hosting says it is a setting within civicrm not from them.

Any suggestions? This is a rather urgent matter.
Thanks

CiviCRM needs INNODB support, so I would advice to move your sever first ( you might get some unexpected behavior )

Check http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/mail&reset=1

Thanks. I found it was set to 0 and thought this was unlimited. so I set it to 1500. Should work fine, right?

Re innodb, I will have to move site completely. This is quite frustrating! not sure why civic rom would change on us like that all of a sudden.

I think it is required since v2.0, so not a recent change.
