Can you launch a CiviCRM registration profile from the Joomla Login page?
February 25, 2011, 02:14:52 am
Greetings.

I am using a Civi profile for my user registration page on a site I am developing.   This works well for me as it updates the Joomla user tables as well as the Civi tables.  I have a menu item for registration.  The problem is with logins.  I'm using Joomla's login module and if a user clicks on "Create an account", it brings up Joomla's registration page.  Is there any way I can have that link point to my Civi registration profile?

For that matter, is there a way for Civi to handle the logins instead of Joomla, but still have Joomla components such as JEvents and Kunena Forums recognize the user's login status?
