I have a issue to raise about the help text. I would be happy to fix it myself but wanted to put it out there to see what the team thinks.
The help text on a profile appears above the field it applies to. It is also slightly indented. I think it's a little misleading and it makes it look as though it applies to the field above the one it actually applies to.

It's just a simple reordering of the information but I think it would help a lot with usability. We have had a specific request about this from a client, so would be good to fix  :D

I have got a CSS fix for this which is good enough, at least for now. I want to submit a patch, how do I do that please?
