What changed in bulk mail in 3.3.5

Hi
We have two sites: one is a new install and one was upgrade

We've configured civimail.conjob.php to be invoked by a cron job.  (This was working in the one site before we upgraded)

Now with 3.3.5 we cannot send bulk mail. Civimail.cronjob.php is being executed but no mail is sent and no errors appear to occur (at least none are emitted or appear in the logs)

any ideas?

Ok - with some expert help from Lobo the issue has been found.

Make sure to check that the permissions for the user account that passed to civimail.cron.php are set correctly.

In 3.1.3 the permissions only required access CiviMail.

Search for "view all"
