After passing all the requirements and continue during the installation seems Next Message

I am unable to say what this error is. As the report says it's an "unknown error."

My guess is that it's a server configuration issue, but it's very hard to say.

I could suggest you ask your host about it and perhaps consider trying a host with experience hosting CiviCRM, if they are unable to assist.
