CiviContribute email receipt borks custom fields after 3.3 upgrade
February 25, 2011, 07:02:02 pm
I have a contribution page with a custom profile and several custom fields, all Contribution fields. Prior to upgrade from 3.2.5 to 3.3.5 the thank-you page and receipt were rendered perfectly. After upgrade, thank-you page still looks fine, but the email receipts lack all labels and values for the custom fields.

Before: http://cl.ly/443o2R1D3G0T2V0z0H0i (click for image)

After: http://cl.ly/390a0X3X2u2d0G2U0H3A  (click for image)

At dgg's suggestion I tried to debug down into CRM/Contribute/BAO/ContriutionPage.php, sendMail(), but can't really figure out how the custom fields are being retrieved and passed into the email sending function.

Has anyone else seen this problem? Can anyone help me debug this?

Thanks in advance.

hey andy:

ping any of the core developers on IRC and we'll take a look. We'll need ssh access and will need to put in a few debug statements etc
