I have the permission set to not allow a specific role to have access to CiviMail.  However, if they are creating an Email under the Actions setting, and choose a template, then enter their info in the Description box, two boxes appear that allow them to Update the Template, or Save as a New Template.  (See attached). This is creating issues as we want them to be able to use the templates just no add a new one or save over the existing one?  Am I missing another setting?
