Blank Screen - Joomla - Working One Day - Not the Next

I have a site http://www.austinima.org which processes paypal transactions fine for two days, now, I get the notorious blank screens when I use the registration process or attempt to sign up new members.

Alas...I am clueless. Nothing changed on the server as far as I am aware. Anyone offer any guidance? Permissions seem to be set appropriately, I'm using Joomla 1.0.12, PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.2.

can you please be more specific with what paypal method you are using (pro/standard/express) and the exact php version.

note that paypal pro has known problems with php versions > 5.2.0 which i suspect u r hitting. Most likely your hosting provider upgraded your php version the past few days

I'm using the paypal standard. The issue shouldn't be paypal, I am getting a blank screen on the backend administration system as well. So basically, any civicrm functions give me the blank screen. I'm at a total loss.

I'm happy to give access to the server to anyone who can help.

please check your web server (apache) error logs. there will be some entries which will give you the reason for the blank screen

I checked the logs and I'm getting a 500 error with no further details.
