HELP! "This event is full," even though it's not
March 03, 2011, 09:28:13 am
Guys:

I enabled a waitlist for an event we have online, and to test it I lowered the capacity temporarily to a number less than what we had registered.  Once I verified everything was working, I raised the capacity back to where it should be.  Capacity is 200, and we have 168 registered, yet people who try to register still get the "This event is full" message.  Do I need to "reset" that in some way?

This is kind of an emergency, so any help you can offer would be appreciated!

Tracey

P.S.  I tried to reproduce this issue on the demo site, but the demo site works fine.

FIXED.  I removed the enrollment cap and then put it back.  That cleared up the problem.

glad to hear it sorted it for you - but a client is having same issue and removing Max and saving and reloading the Event still has it saying 'event full'

wondering if fact that there are people on Waitlist from earlier means it is getting confused. Any ideas anyone?

Quote
the event was showing 13 as max and it has 8 as Registered and 5 as 'on waitlist' which doesn't make sense

so i upped it to 15 and saved and reloaded the info page and it still says FULL

so i removed the MAX and saved and reloaded the info page and it still says FULL
