Personal Campaign Pages are not being created.

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue where I've created a contribution page and enabled the PCP option.  Donors are visiting and creating pages and we are getting an email that they are doing that but when we go into the PCP manager inside of civiCRM there are no personal campaign pages showing up at all. 

Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this and how to address the issue?

Have you tried making a donation on your own (a test donation, or a $1 donation) and seeing what happens when you try to make a PCP?  Does it work?
