civicrm 1.8 - where to download

I've made a search of joomla! installations and find no reference to where to download v. 1.8.
All URLs from civicrm.org lead to downloading 1.9, but that requires PHP 5, which my ISP does not support yet.
So I am looking for the 1.8 files, but where?

Note that we officially drop support for 1.8 and PHP4 at the end of the year.  You might be better served by choosing a better hosting provider
