Hello All,

I was wondering if I could get some support information on the following:

1. Why are activity items for all contacts in the list of "Activity Items" under a specific contact?
2. When I click "Send an Email" can I forward a copy to myself, or any other email address?
2.1. Can we synch CiviCRM emails to an outlook or thunderbird box? IMAP?
3. Reminder emails for scheduled phonecalls, meetings, etc.. How do I enable?

Reminder emails:
Not sure if this is on the roadmap... would require a cron job to run rather frequently to pick up scheduled activities, that can be coded using the APIs.

Also not sure about the cc: for send an email functionality. But I seem to remember it has been discussed.

Aww, I clicked on the link for Email Sync expecting to see instructions for configuring....
Dang.

I still need to know how to sort/display activity items for their own contact only.
