CivicSpace is seeking project leads. CivicSpace builds out political, nonprofit and advocacy sites for smaller organizations and is a long time active contributor to the Drupal & CiviCRM communities. Most sites we build get done in 2-6 weeks and require little in the way hardcore software development skills. We are looking for people that can deliver a great user experience with Drupal/CiviCRM. Show us you understand how to do that.

We are looking for three skill sets (all in the same person is perfect, but not required):
(1) Information Architecture. Understand the client needs. Understand the capabilities of Drupal/CiviCRM. Be able to clearly define a solution matching needs to capabilities.
(2) Configuration. Set up and configure the appropriate Drupal modules, do CiviCRM configuration, troubleshoot issues, import data, etc.
(3) Look and Feel. Comfortable wading into the tpl files. Solid HTML and CSS skills to create a basic, good looking site.

This is a contract to perm position.
