Relocating External ID field in contact display?

Is it possible to reconfigure default individual contact display to move stuff around?  I'm not seeing that in the configuration options and have looked through the floss manual and searched forums.

I don't really care about displaying the CiviCRM user ID - certainly not so prominently - but I really NEED the external ID to be near the top of the contact record upon standard default viewing.

I'd also love to rename it from "External ID" to reference our legacy stuff by name.  But moving it is more important...

Thanks Lobo - I get that this is a custom development thing not and administrative dashboard thing.  Appreciate the response!
