Description is confusing for Joomla installs

The screen in the sandbox at: http://j16.sandbox.civicrm.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/access&reset=1

Has a confusing description for Joomla admins.

The link labeled "Joomla Access Control"  has a description of " Grant access to CiviCRM components and access to view or edit contacts using Drupal roles."

Also the general description at the top of the page includes the sentence:
"Note that a CiviCRM ACL Role is not related to the Drupal Role.
EXAMPLE: 'Team Leaders' (ACL Role) can 'Edit' (Operation) all contacts in the 'Active Volunteers Group' (Data). "
