"Send Immediately" not working, gets scheduled to the past
March 13, 2011, 12:15:14 am
Basically, we've tried to send multiple emails through the CiviMail New Mailings function. While test emails work perfectly, the emails aren't actually working when we do "Send Immediately". They get scheduled to several hours ago and the status never becomes completed.

can you try going to civicrm/mailing/queue&reset=1 and see if the scheduled ones then go?

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem, and the queue is clean  :-\
Test email works.

I don't want to plan email with cron tab, just sends them immediately, but emails are not send...

Do you have an idea ?
Thanks a lot

"Send immediately ... scheduled hours ago" sounds like a timezone problem ... might be worth looking at

Does anyone have any advice on this? Our mailings are not sending at all.

Just in case someone finds this in a search...

Check the user timezone in the CMS.  I had a user's timezone set incorrectly in Drupal... and although the emails were successfully scheduled the timing was all wrong and they were not sent immediately.
