Import error

Trying to import CSV file I am getting the following error has anyone else seen this???

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving {address not allowed???} It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

For a 500 Internal Error the only way to know for sure is to see the server error logs. But it sounds like a CPU timeout, which you would need to discuss with your host.
