Activity report - click to view activity and get cid is not of the type Positive

3.4.alpha2 (reproducible on sandbox)

Run an Activity Report, and click on the Activity Type to view the activity. Get error 'cid (value: ) is not of the type Positive'. The URL is like /civicrm/contact/view/activity?action=view&reset=1&cid=&id=66&atype=10

The problem also occurs in 3.3.5 and https://fisheye2.atlassian.com/rdiff/CiviCRM?csid=33079&u&N resolves it here too.
