user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/common/accesskeys.hlp"
March 17, 2011, 01:45:40 am
Hi,
I've just installed CiviCRM on my site and it seems to be working fine.  However, I've got the red message bar informing me that
Quote
"user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/common/accesskeys.hlp" in
/var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1093"
I can understand the error, because /common/accesskeys.hlp is not in the CRM directory.
How and where can i get the common directory and it's contents?
Any advice, especially if I'm barking up the wrong tree, would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Paul

The file accesskeys.hlp should actually be in the directory:

sites/all/modules/civicrm/templates/CRM/common/accesskeys.hlp

If it's NOT there, then your code was uploaded incorrectly and you should replace it.

If it IS there, then you need to check file permissions to make sure that it's readable.
