How can pending members can Login and Pay

Hello folks,

I am using CiviAuthenticate in with Joomla user module.

Scenario is when a user signs up and goes to PayPal to pay but doesn't pay, so their status is "Pending".

Now when they wants to pay and returns to the website, this time CiviAuthenticate wouldn't allow them to "Signup" or "Login" because they are already registered and their status is Pending.

Could anyone please help me here?
