custom tables not dropped

Just checking here before filing an issue. When I delete a custom group of fields, it disappears from the interface but the table civicrm_value_group_name_groupNum remains in the database. Seems like the latter cleanup should be added. Is it not there by design?? Note that one can only delete the group after its fields have all been removed, so there is no reason not to drop the table based on trying to preserve data.

Would need a lot more detail for a bug report, because in general, those tables do get dropped. So it sounds like something specific to your site or custom group caused this.
