[solved] create menu item to select language

I was asked to get rid of all blocks to get a simpler UI, and to move the language selection into CivicRM menus.
How can I change the civicRM language from a menu item ?

Oh, found it by looking a the language switcher block code :
civicrm/contact/reset=1&lcMessages=fr_FR
civicrm/contact/reset=1&lcMessages=nl_NL
