The webserver isn't letting me identify where files are stored. (Error message)

Hello everybody,
I'm new to the civicrm community though I know drupal quite well.
I'm trying to get civicrm work on my linux virtual server, plesk 8.2.1 running and php5 freshly installed and working fine.

While I'm trying to install civicirm (automated mode) I get all green lines, except for:

Does the webserver know where files are stored?   The webserver isn't letting me identify where files are stored. (file '/var/www/vhosts/mywebsite/httpdocs/civicrm/sites/all/modules/civicrm/README.txt' not found)

I tried to change php settings, searched this forum and over the internet but I found no solutions to my problem. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

1. does the file: /var/www/vhosts/mywebsite/httpdocs/civicrm/sites/all/modules/civicrm/README.txt

exist in your installation

2. is the file readable by the web server? if not, can u make it readable by web server

Well I just checked and found out that the file wasn't there. I got really surprised sinche the whole civicrm-1.9.12432-drupal-php5.tar.gz had been correctly untarred! So I tried to untar the file in another directory and found out the missing README.txt.
Sometimes the simplest answer is the simplest solution.
Thanks.
