Can CiviCRM do this easily?

I have a client that wants to add a member area to an existing site that is only informational at this point.  I'm planning on using Drupal, and after looking over the documentation, CiviCRM looks like it has the capabilities I need, but I'd like to verify them here if I could.  Here are the requirements:

1 - Contacts can register for one of three membership types and pay using Authorize.net
2 - Contacts can upload a logo to be displayed next to their name.
3 - Verification e-mail sent to contact for them to confirm registration.
4 - Thank you e-mail sent when registered.
5 - Contacts can edit their own profile information.
6 - Search page where contacts can view list of other members and their profile information.
7 - Add custom data fields to registration form.
8 - Third membership type can only see other contacts of same type, but not first two types
9 - Memberships are annual.  At 10 months, 4 reminder e-mails are sent out over a two month period.  Account is automatically renewed unless contact specifies to cancel it.
10 - Admin can download list of contacts in .csv file format.

I can do all of this in Drupal, but if I can do it more easily and efficiently with CiviCRM, I'd rather do it that way.

I also have a question regarding profile synchronization between Drupal and CiviCRM.  There are other things I need to implement in Drupal using the contacts that are created in CiviCRM.  I've noticed that CiviCRM will import Drupal users, but does it go the other way, too?  If a contact is created in CiviCRM, are they also created as Drupal users?

Thanks.

Yes, civicrm can do most of the below by default. things you will have to tweak/hack/figure out include items 3 and 8. There is a renewal process which u'll need to modify to meet your needs for item 9

Profiles have an optional create drupal contact feature. If you enable this, a drupal user is created when a contact is created (via a profile)
