Change the from address on automated messages

I'm sure this should be obvious, but I cannot see where to change the from email address that Civi uses to send its own automated messages.  It's sending unsubscribe messages from a do-not-reply@ email address that doesn't exist.  It's not even in the list of From Email Addresses.  I'd like to change this address to one we actually use!  Can anyone help?

Thank you so much, Cynthia.  It appears that I'll have to create a new email address instead!  At least that's saved me hours of looking. ;-)
