Printing contact dasboard, contact name is missing

I'm trying to print  contacts contribution report, using the contact dashboard accessible from the contact page, using the "Actions" button.

When I click on the "printer-friendly view of this page" button, I get the Dashboard data, but not the contact name, which is not displayed.

In which direction should I go to restore the contact name on this view?

What version of CiviCRM are you using?  Is it the latest 3.3.5?

If not, suggest you upgrade.

If it is 3.3.5, my guess is that it is something to do with your theme.  Please view the source of the printer-friendly page.  Is the contact name there but just hidden because of custom CSS in your theme?  Also you could switch theme to a default theme (not your custom) one to test this theory.
