Full Contact Dump [Membership Report (Detail)]

Hello!

Does anyone know of a Membership Report (detailed) that simply prints out each and every, single data field of the filtered/unfiltered contact/membership records?  I need for instance the Employer field, Tags, and so on, none of which seem to be default selections, even in the latest version of CiviCRM, to which I just upgraded.

Nope, currently no any CiviCRM version provides this. U need to modify that report to add those field.
You can start with http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC33/CiviReport+structure+and+customization
