contact create probs

Hi,

I hit issues with contact_create. In both v2 & v3 if you pass in the 'id' field the email is not updated.

I wrote a test that demonstrated it doesn't work using $params['email'] with id (but of course I can't commit it because the test fails) and I extended the test to see if using the 'nested' option did work (which it does).

In my current usage (a migration) I am using email instead now but my feeling is that we should look at dumping the $params['email'] option in contact_create in favour of the X-rated-chaining or e-Rated-nesting.

I feel our energy would be better put into pinning down nesting / chaining than messing around with things that are essentially v2 bugs migrated into v3.
