Custom Manage Event Table with Custom Data Inserted

I made a file type custom data & uploaded image in it. Whenever I tried to access this field "{$element.field_value.displayURL}" [ included CustomDataView.tpl file, of course ] in ManageEvent.tpl file to show this file in one column along with other attributes of event [ on this page civicrm/event/manage&reset=1 ], I got nothing over there? If anyone can explain how to show that file in separate column on manage event page ? I know I am doing somewhere wrong? Help!
