Author Topic: Manually moving someone from waitlist to pending - problem (Read 637 times)

I just had two cancellations, so I moved two people into "pending from waitlist" status manually rather than use the automatic function to move the first two people. I did this by editing them and changing their status in the pulldown menu, and I told it to send them notifications.

The copy I received of the notifications allows them to confirm their registration, but when they click the link to do so, they're told "Oops, it looks like there are currently no available spaces" for the event.

Any idea what's going on?

2. Please post your versions of Drupal or Joomla and CiviCRM

Two spaces opened up with cancellations, so yes, there should be enough spaces.

I'm running Drupal 6.2 and Civi 3.3.5.
