Cannot configure Navigation menu after upgrade to 3.3.5
March 30, 2011, 08:37:14 am
Hi,
After upgrading to 3.3.5 when we access /civicrm/admin/menu&reset=1

The display just sits there with "Loading..." message and spinner.

Looking at the http traffic, it looks like there is a missing css file

GET http://st.backofficethinking.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/jquery/plugins/jsTree.v.1.0rc2/themes/default/style.css HTTP/1.1

returns 404.

Should this file exist?  I did not see it in trunk on svn.civicrm.org

Thanks

Hershel

Hi. If you anyway are upgrading, I would say use 3.3.6 :)

Anyhow, no, that file is not in 3.3.5. I would suggest you clear all Drupal caches, be sure to delete all CiviCRM template files in template_c and you could even reset config_backend in the civicrm_domain table. Then try again and see if it works.
