I have the ICAL url feed configured in a Google calendar.   The first event in the list gets imported the to Google calendar, but subsequent events do not.   I have checked this against another web based calendar that can accept an ICAL url and it also only imports the first item in the event list.   

I cannot see anything obviously wrong with the feed.   Here is the text from the ICAL feed:
