Joomla 1.6 CiviCRM 4beta2 installation error

Hi, trying to find out if it is a server problem, I have installed CiviCRM 4. beta2 on two different servers I have access to, both using a fresh installation of joomla 1.6 and CiviCRM 4 beta2. I get the same error message on both servers under Localization and Settings - Miscellaneous:

Can someone please suggest if this is a server issue or something else?
or is it already known and will be fixed in next update of CiviCRM?

what is the error message?

most likely u r missing the trigger permission on your mysql db and we are not trapping the error in your case properly

if you can check and submit a patch that would be great

sorry about my misuse of terminology, there is no error message, but the lines

administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Core/Error.php, backtrace, 543 , nullHandler, /administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/PEAR.php, call_user_func, 931

etc

showing up when I click on Localization and Settings - Misc.

Not sure why in your case we are not trapping and handling this missing permission properly

We cant reproduce this on our servers.
