What do *you* use for Drupal+CiviCRM metatags and SEO?

Hi I'm looking for a SEO/keywords module for Drupal with a CiviCRM site.  In the past I've just put keywords in the theme itself, and possibly with a homebrew CCK field for additional keywords on a page-by-page basis.

Nodewords module has in the past had conflicts with CiviCRM and I've uninstalled it.

What do you use for your SEO to make keywords on a:
  • global basis
  • per content type basis
  • per page basis

Thanks any feedback, suggestions or experiences welcome.
