Help!  I just installed Civicrm and got this error:

Any ideas how to fix this? 

BTW, I'm not sure why I'm getting "c:\php5\pear" since I'm running WAMP and I don't have PHP installed separately.

you need to set this variable:

define( 'CIVICRM_TEMPLATE_COMPILEDIR', 'C:\wamp\www\drupal-5.1\ );


also make sure that this directory:

C:\wamp\www\drupal-5.1\files

is readable and writable by the web server. Please read the installation instructions carefully
