CKEditor problem with IMCE and CKFinder

I am using CKeditor and have installed it to use IMCE and then have installed it to use CKFinder.  With each installation the Image Upload window opens but it is blank.  If I use TinyMCE and IMCE the Image Upload window displays correctly.  I have been trying to find out the cause for quite a while and have failed to determine the problem.

It is almost certainly a simple issue and I would appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction to get this solved.

The problem turned out to be a pathing problem.  I have my Drupal instance located in a subdirectory and had failed to include the subdirectory in the path.
