Hi, does CiviCRM now (or will in it in the future) provide a comprehensive electronic ballot system i.e. an e-voting application?

If not, does anyone know of a CRM type platform that allows for legally valid e-voting?

Thanks - Craig

This is not in the roadmap for the short/medium term future. If i remember right, there are a couple of e-voting projetcs out there. you might want to do a web search ...

There is an open source survey software www.limesurvey.org that might be worth looking at.  I'm not sure whether to use it or custom fields in CiviCRM for surveys, but leaning towards limesurvey to protect the CiviCRM database and give more flexibility.

Please let me know what you decide on.
