Hi
me again, new server, same problem as on the other servers.
I don't have the problem using MAMP on my mac. So I assume it is a server settings problem, but what can it be??
I have a very cooperative server support team. They have checked everything they can and are prepared to make changes to php variables, but they need some directions, if indeed this is a problem.

Can someone supply a comprehensive list of php variables etc which can help pinpoint the problem?
There will be others with the same problem. I have exactly the same problem on two different hosts.

I have battled this for 2 weeks now and my client is getting impatient.

CiviCRm 3.5 ran fine on joomla 1.5.22 on this particular server.

This a clean installation of joomla 1.6.1, installation of civicrm 4 beta 3.
Both installed fine, no error messages.
However, under localisation, I get the same error as before:

Hi Mariana,
you probably didn't do anything wrong.
We are looking into the problem with Lobo's help. We will post a solution. Hopefully very soon!
