Date widget not working in Chrome

On reports that has the date widget field (i.e. mailing summary report), if you select "choose date range", the jQuery UI date widget does not get turned on in Chrome, basically you have to run the report and refresh the screen and they will show.

It works in Firefox and Safari (not tested on I.E) but I assume it's a javascript engine issue.

This condition also exists in prior versions.

Tested on demo.civicrm.org and sandbox.civicrm.org
