Where can I edit this text?

One of our staff entered some text, which is showing up in what looks like a civicontribute email receip, which is not wanted and needs to be removed! I have looked at the set up pages in the manage contribute form pages without finding any fields with this unwanted text in them. I am surprised that I cannot resolve this without forum help!

Attached is a graphic which shows the unwanted text: "email header goes here" and "email footer goes here", above and below the receipt.

Looking forward to hearing from someone (lobo?) who can help me through this.

If you have looked through the REceipt/Thanks section of the contribution page, eg civicrm/admin/contribute/thankYou?reset=1&action=update&id=xxxxx

then most likely in the System Message Templates

which you find here civicrm/admin/messageTemplates&reset=1

then click on the System Workflow Message tab

and see if your  Contribution Receipts are just showing an 'edit' or an 'edit, revert to default' etc

if the latter, then they have been edited, and you tread carefully through the code to find the offending text around

thank you very much, pete

i've looked in the system workflow message tab and followed your directions. i cannot find those exact words in either the plain text or html window. got any other suggestions of where i might be able to look?

also, i can only see the word "edit" in the r/h column. we are using civicrm 3.35 and drupal 6.19 in case that helps you guide us.

i'll pass on your suggestions to our technical director in the morning (i am in california, she is in massachusetts).

sorry for putting you wrong then - doh - this looks more like it is for an Ubercart type purchase! But it isn't - do you have some shop on your site? Just the Shipping Info isn't part of civicrm that i am familiar with

again thank you. we use authorize.net, rather than ubercart - so are you thinking somewhere in the authorize.net settings is where we might find something? that is out of my territory, however that will help my coworker troubleshoot...
