Notice: Undefined property in Reports

(version 4.0)
When you select a report you get a notice

Notice: Undefined property: CRM_Report_Form_Contact_Detail::$_report in CRM_Report_Form->buildInstanceAndButtons()
(regel 697 van C:\wamp\www\drupal\sites\all\modules\civicrm\CRM\Report\Form.php).

the line:
if ( $this->_report != 'Grant' ) {
