Print PDF letter not working

Hello All,

1 server has everything on it, and printing PDFs works.
2nd server is extremely minimal install, and printing PDFs does not work.

Undoubtedly something important has been left out of the second install. What does CiviCRM need in order to generate PDF files?

Can you provide more details. What is not working? Do you get any errors?

Kurund, thank you for responding.

On the server with a 'complete' install, everything works fine. Print PDF brings up a dialog box to open or save a .pdf file.

On the server with a basic install, you click the print PDF, and the screen goes white. Most probably, whatever is needed to create the PDF isn't installed on the server. Or?

PDF creation in Civi uses DOMPDF package (http://code.google.com/p/dompdf/) which requires http://pecl.php.net/package/pdflib. Pretty sure you'll have some errors in your apache logs.
