Hi,
I've got authorize.net setup for recurring on civicrm 3.3.6 and it all works great except for getting a response back from authorize.net (silentPost I think auth.net calls it). It gets a response back for normal contributions and events, but for recurring, the contribution never changes off of 'Pending (Incomplete Transaction)'. I haven't really seen any instructions for how to set it up either, I saw it on the Make It Happen page one day and soon after in the latest version of civi. I've read online that there is an option in the auth.net admin to configure a URL for a silentPost. Is this necessary with civicrm contributions. What am I missing, I've seen other people post success with recurring contributions, I am mostly there. Anybody?

I haven't used Authorize.net recurring yet but my expectation is that you will need to set up the silent post url to point to something along the lines of

http://yoursite.com/sites/all/extern/authorizeIPN.php

This is the drupal URL

You should be able to hit this URL & see probably a white screen but definitely not 'page is not found' - if so you probably have the right url & you should enter it into Authorize.net - please update the wiki with what you figure out
