Joomla default editor in J1.6.3 and civicrm 4 beta3

Hi
I am getting this error trying to select the joomla default editor under site preferences:

Fatal error: Cannot access protected property JEditor::$_name in /var/www/d7.sandbox.civicrm.org/svn/civicrm/packages/HTML/QuickForm/joomlaeditor.php on line 71

Anyone successfully using the joomla editor as the default?
