Kabissa Component

Hi Donald,

I was wondering what your plans were for the Kabissa Component you are currently developing?

Will you perhaps be including the kabissa functionality in CiviCRM 2.0? If not, will it be available in any other form than via SVN.
I am not a Linux user so I am not too familiar with statements such as "$ ./setup.sh schema/KabissaSchema.xml" etc.

Regards,

Phil Gray

There are no short/medium term plans with the kabissa component. We do not plan on productizing / releasing this anytime soon (unless we get some funding for it)

To install/use the component, you will need pretty good php skills (and potentially *nix skills too since all our documentation refers to it)

Thanks Donald,

I will see if I can rustle up some funding.

Regards,

Phil
