Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
April 21, 2011, 02:19:45 pm
Hi everyone,

I installed CiviCRM on test machine . but I got an error says :

 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /var/www/mydomain.com/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/admin_menu-6.x-1.5/admin_menu/admin_menu.inc on line 51

I had disabled admin_menu module then I got this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24 bytes) in /var/www/mydomain.com/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/Error.php on line 432

I did every thing that I can do, but the error still exist...

I changed the memory_limit in php.ini and also in settings.php [ini_set('memory_limit', '512M');
ini_set('max_execution_time', 300);], but no success :(

could anyone help me in order to fix this problem, please? ;)

Thanks in advance,

apmg

That is really a lot of memory and a normal installation should not require so much. Are you running a lot of other modules?
