How to Edit Manual/Offline Contribution Reply Message

Greetings....

  How do we edit the donation reciept reply for manual/offline contributions? (if a tpl (template) file is involved, kindly let me know path to it.)

The following file is used to format offline receipts:

templates/CRM/Contribute/Form/Message.tpl

You may want to use the "custom templates" method (see Develop section in documentation on wiki) to make your customized version of this file so it's not clobbered on upgrades etc.

thanx Dave.

I looked through the Develop section and found customizing Civicmail messages, can't find  anything about customizing offline contributions messages, "message.tpl".

Kindly let me know what section of the "develop" area I can find this in, or contact info for whoever put the documentation together.
