contact_1 field validation problem in CiviCase

This error occured when i tried to create a new case and forgot to select the contact:
(error also replicated in demo site)

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
Required parameter missing for OpenCase - end post processing

Yes, error can be replicated in version 3.4 and 4.0 demo site.
